Every guild shares one scanner. It walks the whole community most-stale first, so every raider gets the same treatment and nobody's data is left behind.
Capacity is bounded by the Blizzard API - about 10,000 scans per hour. As more guilds join, the gap between scans grows for everyone. That gap is the number at the top of this page.
We keep it public on purpose. If the community ever outgrows the queue, you will see it here first - not buried in a changelog. Officers can always trigger an instant manual sync for any toon, regardless of queue load.
