Every spec's secondary-stat priority for Midnight Season 2 (patch 12.1, "Curse of Ula'tek"), with the rating caps shown inside the priority itself.

How to read this

The list runs best stat first. A cap - a number in front of a stat, like 1100 Haste - is a rating target, not a ceiling: stack that stat to that much rating, then treat it as the lowest priority in the list. Going past it is not a penalty, just worth less than the next stat along. Only 2 of the 40 specs publishes one in the Wowhead list this patch - for everyone else the order is the whole answer.

The Wowhead / Icy Veins switch changes which guide's list you are reading. The two write their lists differently: Icy Veins spells the stats out in full, often opens with Item Level or your primary stat, and sometimes qualifies a stat with a target of its own ("to 700+", "to 40%"). Both are quoted exactly as published rather than rewritten.

What this sheet does and does not claim

The Wowhead / Icy Veins switch changes what THIS PAGE shows and nothing else. Styka Sheets' own loot scoring follows each sheet's own configuration, which is Wowhead-faithful; picking Icy Veins here never moves a score.

Both caps were cross-verified against Icy Veins on 2026-08-17. Icy Veins quotes Subtlety's band from its floor (700) where Wowhead quotes its raid ceiling (1100) - one band, two ends, no conflict. Devourer's 800 is a Void-Scarred hero-talent knee.
Icy Veins carries numbers this sheet deliberately does NOT: a hero-talent-scoped Discipline Priest target, Shadow Priest rating BANDS, and percent-form caps on Outlaw, Demonology and Destruction. Our one-string-per-spec model cannot express hero-talent conditionality, bands or percentages, so this sheet stays Wowhead-faithful rather than half-representing them.
Priorities are guide picks, not simulation output. A Droptimizer or QE Live run on your own character always beats a generic priority list.
Icy Veins leads several chains with a non-secondary entry (Item Level, or the spec's primary stat) and writes some targets as percentages or bands. Those are quoted exactly as published rather than rewritten into our syntax.
